Horse, Unicorn

$7.00

Finished Size: 16’ high

Paper Pattern pieces: 7

The horse or the unicorn will stand up on a table or shelf. Either may also be hung, or will sit or lie, if you soft-stuff the legs. There are many plain or print fabrics suitable for the horse, perhaps slightly napped like velvet or velour or upholstery fabric. The unicorn is particularly effective in satin, but since satin ravels, it should be lined with muslin or smooth cotton for strength. A stretch fabric must also be stabilized with a lining. Dowels in the legs will support its standing. The mane may be made of yarn or brushed macramé cord or upholstery fringe (at least 3" wide). The unicorn's horn and hooves are nice in gold or silver, but ivory or black is fine. Traditionally unicorns have a small beard like a goat

No Kit Available- Choose your own fabric.
